The Noom Herbal Heat Eye Mask Set is designed to promote relaxation and deep sleep, combining a heat therapy pack and a sleep mask in one.

How to Use the Heat Pack

• Microwave for a maximum of 30 seconds to warm up.
• Use only in microwaves with a rotating turntable to prevent overheating. (If the turntable does not rotate, the heat may concentrate and burn the pack.)
• Adjust the heating time as needed, as microwave power levels may vary.
• Store in the refrigerator if not used for an extended period.

Cleaning & Washing Instructions

• The sleep mask and heat pack case can be washed separately from the filling, ensuring hygienic use.
• Hand wash with mild detergent in lukewarm water (below 35°C).
• A small amount of fabric softener can help prevent static electricity.
• Powder detergent may leave residue in the fabric, so liquid detergent is recommended.
• Wash separately for the first wash, as slight color bleeding may occur.
• Do not use chlorine-based bleach, as it may cause discoloration.
